- Evening OPD started in Assam from 6 th May 2008 to facilitate Health Service to Daily Labors.
- Evening OPD is functional in District Hospitals, Sub Divisional Hospitals, Community Health Centers and Primary Health Centers of Assam.
- The OPD hour will be six days a week and from 5.00 pm to 8.00 pm (In summer) and from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM (In winter).
